The amendments are to be voted on by the board of directors at the October 10, Board meeting and presented to the membership and voted on at the annual dinner Oct.
Such amendments may be adopted by not less than 10 Directors or a 2/3 majority of the Board of Directors, present and voting, whichever is greater.

Bylaw 10: Amendments These bylaws may be amended by majority vote of a quorum at any meeting of the membership provided that any proposed amendment was raised at the previous meeting and that notice of the proposed amendment accompanied the notice of the meeting at which the proposed amendment is to be considered.
ARTICLE 7 AMENDMENTS These bylaws may be amended by the Board at any meeting of the Board by the affirmative vote of a majority of the directors provided that notice of the proposed amendment shall have been given to each director in writing at least 10 days prior to such meeting.

Those rights called out in the Constitution, specifically the original Bill of Rights or first 10 Amendments to the Constitution were written in a fashion that they would apply to all People in this country regardless of the quantity of our population.

Petitions proposing constitutional amendments must bear the signatures of at least 70,601 registered voters, which equal 10 percent of the number of people who voted for governor in the last general election.
Footnote 10 The crisis was resolved before the 1987 election was called and the Nationalists' boycott of parliament ended, with a package of constitutional amendments, one of which would prevent the recurrence of such a reversal of winners and losers in future.
Proposed amendments brought by the membership shall be in the form of a resolution petition with at least 10% or 100 signatures of voting members, whichever is greater.
