AMENDMENTS SEC 1 AMENDMENTS: Amendments to these bylaws may be made at any regular or special meeting of Region I provided the substance of the proposed amendment shall have been announced at the preceding meeting and appears on the agenda.
Propositions and Amendments to alter each Procedure may be submitted to a General Meeting of the Federation in accordance with the provisions of sections 1 or 2 of the Procedure of the Federation, PROVIDED THAT no alteration to this Procedure shall be permitted that will conflict with the Constitution of the Federation or the Division or this League.
1 Proposed amendments to these bylaws must be submitted by a member to their County Executive Committee Secretary.

SECTION 1: Amendments to this constitution may be made by two-thirds majority vote of the voting membership of the club providing statements of such proposed amendments shall have been given at the previous regular meeting of the club.
