The mini-plot is interesting though, but it is the main game that still makes Silent Hill 2 what it is and is what gives you hours of spine-tingling fun.
Overall- Silent Hill 2 offers plenty of thrills and chills, just like a good horror story.

Released on the PS2 last September, Silent Hill 2 has made its way to the Xbox, and with extra content no less.
Silent Hill 2: Director's Cut (PS2, PC) - Feb 28th.
This was just to prove that they are capable of creating good cinemas in Silent Hill 2.

Silent Hill 2 was scary the second time I started it and I know I will still go back for more.
The only other VGM soundtrack I can compare it to is the "Parasite Eve 2 OST", but Silent Hill is much better made and scarier.
Silent Hill 2 is why you love video games – brash and bold and a little controversial, but with a solid foundation of good game play and story.
