I have a one man straight corporation. I am the only stockholder and employee. Last minute I opened individual 401K> Think its also called a SOLO.Discount broker calls $14500.00 employer Q/P contribution 2004. and.. EMP elective def contrib 2004 $16000.00.I gave them a check for $30,500 from my corporation. Where is benefit for my personal income deduction? Bookkeeper mailed ez taxes to me. Nothing on retirement deduction. I am nervous that my accountant doesnt have a clue. Please if you can help. Thank You
