someone I know was using over the counter product to treat their acne. they then tried Proactive solution and withing 3 wks had a SEVERE REACTION to the product. I called the 1-800 number to inquire about the product and when I asked the rep. if it was hypo allergenic or if there were any reactions to the product the rep. became very defensive and I could no longer have a conversation with them, they did not allow me to speak without interuption and did not anwser my questions. Has anyone have a similar encounter or experience
