The Director of Development is responsible for the management and production of the aforementioned activities on an annual schedule to be set by the staff and approved by the General Director of Opera Colorado and its Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors has authority over the collection and disbursement of funds and the administrative procedures required to ensure the effective operation of the Institute including hiring staff as necessary to support the activities recommended by the PQRI Steering Committee.
