Exercise (particularly aerobics exercises), if done on a consistent basis, will speed up your metabolism even when you are at rest which means that by using a program of aerobics exercise your natural calorie burning engine (called your metabolism) will certainly speed up and you will lose weight and be much more likely to reach your weightloss goals than by dieting alone.
And although these more difficult exercises will burn a few more calories these will not be calories in the form of stored body fat tissue and you will not lose any more weight because of doing aerobics like this.
Instead of using these weird abdominal machines and contraptions to lose weight you need to begin a good diet and aerobics exercise program that will speed up your metabolism which will force rapid weight loss to happen.
