Recipient agencies are Federal agencies or their contractors receiving automated records from the Privacy Act systems of records of other Federal agencies, or from State or local governments, to be used in a matching program as defined in the Act.
Those Federal government agencies must have the capability to transfer funds to the NCEMT contract via a Military Inter-departmental procurement requisition or an Inter-Agency Agreement.
Federal Government agencies such as the Public Services Department, the Ministry of Education, State Governments, MARA, legal bodies and private firms offer scholarships to students who are eligible and enrol in study programs compatible with the needs of these sponsors.
