Statement of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alcohol This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to serve alcohol in a responsible manner according to relevant NSW liquor legislation and to explain the problems associated with excessive consumption of alcohol.
It is well documented that death, ill health, social disruption and economic loss result from excessive alcohol consumption and that this is in proportion to its relative cost and availability.
