States are using these funds to improve enforcement of laws prohibiting sales of alcohol to minors and for alcohol use prevention programs for youth.

Adolescents and adults under the age of 21 years who have been charged with violation of laws prohibiting alcohol use can voluntarily participate in the Juvenile Underage Drinking Offenders program as a means of receiving a reduction in the possible penalties for violation of these laws.
Laws against illegal gambling are enforced by local law enforcement officials, the Attorney General, and the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division of the Department of Public Safety.
A law enforcement officer may stop and detain you if he or she reasonably suspects that you are operating your automobile while under the influence of alcohol.
