When he was younger, one of his favorite series of books after The Chronicles of Narnia, Lloyd Alexander’s Taran books , and the Animorphs series, was the Norby the Robot books written by Janet Asimov, wife of the late science fiction writer Isaac Asimov.
For example, are Isaac Asimov's Foundation books, Lloyd Alexander's Prydain Chronicles, or even something as hallowed as the Lord of the Rings cliché because they set the mold for what was to come?
