Use a tiny Allen wrench (provided) to loosen the three silver screws that run through the Throttle Clamp Cylinder.
An allen wrench proved that he'd used the wrong size on the head bolts, so a couple were rounded out slightly.

The mount comes complete with a K-4 antenna stud and the allen wrench to tighten the set screws.
