I think he said the Command keys mapped to the Windows logo keys and the Option keys mapped to the Alt keys.
Windows Escape Key Sequence Disabling - Disable the user from pressing Windows escape key sequences such as Ctrl + Alt + Del and terminating ChatBlocker.
Top bit set characters should be entered into the keyboard buffer preceded by a byte 0 to prevent them from being mistaken for F key presses or ALT and CTRL key shortcuts.

When the ctrl+alt+del keys or the reset button are pressed, the virus destroys Sector Zero, thus permanently destroying the hard disk.

Unlike the Alt/Ctrl/Meta/Shift key combinations, Esc key combinations require that you press and release the Esc key before you press the next key.
Zoom Mode from the Keyboard If you hold down Ctrl and Alt keys, zoom mode is entered and you can click Select or Adjust to increase or decrease document zoom.
Access keys are activated (using a keyboard) by pressing the Alt key and the access key together, then pressing Enter.

Press Ctrl + Alt keys and click with mouse to select multiple ranges.
The keys that are tested for their status are the Insert, Caps lock, Num lock, Scroll lock, Alt, Ctrl, Left shift and the right shift.
Use Ctrl+Alt instead of Shift+Ctrl - Check this box if you prefer to use the alternate key combination.

An extra key on keyboards made after 1995, located between Ctrl and Alt and bearing the Microsoft Windows logo.
The Shortcut key box will display None until you select the key and then the box will display Ctrl+Alt+ the key you selected.
