A number of Latin American countries have amended their Constitutions in the past decade, adding provisions recognize indigenous communitiesí rights to traditional lands.

Amendments to this Constitution shall be submitted to the American Association of Law Libraries Committee on Constitution and Bylaws by the President upon adoption by the membership of the Association.
Constitutions and by-laws were approved by the first national board in August, 1993, and ratified by the provincial superiors of the four North American provinces in September, 1993.

Most Americans know that the First Amendment to the United States Constitution was groundbreaking in its day declaring “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” a proscription that has been extended to the states by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Because Americans have rights besides those enumerated in the Constitution (which is confirmed by the Ninth Amendment), you would also have to add another amendment which specifically denied the right to keep and bear arms to cover your bases.

I hope I could with the US Constitution's statement that says a person shall not be banned from practicing the religion of his or her choice, not to mention the insult it would be to the many men who gave their lives for Americans to have this right.

The religion clauses of the national Constitution's First Amendment insured that the religious marketplace of ideas to which Thomas Paine had appealed in 1776 would flourish, transforming secular Revolutionary ideals and American religious forms while instilling a vibrant evangelical Protestant element deep within American national identity.
It occurred while Americans were electing delegates to the Constitutional Convention and is considered to have influenced significantly the outcome of the new Constitution.
Americans should demand that our constitution be protected from greedy globalists, that our nation's sovereignty be upheld, and that Congress hold hearings regarding global taxation to pay for such schemes.
