I am a college baseball player. I have had some moderate arm pain over the last few monthes which I thought were normal from throwing. Latley I have had some pretty severe pain in my right arm and upon waking in the morning it is extremly ache which is very abnormal for me. The pain starts about mid outter bicept and runs nown my arm to about where the joint is. If you could help in any way with this please let me know

I was playing volley ball with my sistre and we used a soccer ball, and i hit the ball too hard and now i have a bump sticking out where the ball hit, is my arm broken?
