Legal Aid WA staff provide information and self help literature to clients, assist with Legal Aid applications or make appointments for clients to access legal advice or assistance through the Minor Assistance Program.
Legal advice and assistance may be available from the Scottish Legal Aid Board to enable the applicant to instruct a solicitor to assist in completing and submitting the application to the Commission.
