My husband was charged with Aggrevated Vehicular Assualt back in 1997 and a life time suspension on his license. We have since got a lawyer and copy of his transcripts. The judge has stated that he can not find in the law to give them back. But our new lawyer says he can read in the transcripts where the old lawyer didn't do him good. The old lawyer never had a case like this before. We do not know who was driving the car my husband or his ex. His ex apoligized to him stating that she knew that she could have killed them both but when the cops got involved and she found out she could get money from insurance company she told them that he was driving. We want to know what are options are to get him privileges for work and about the lawyer who sold him to the court!
