Ryan is UT Associate Athletics Director for Student Services in the women's athletics department, while LaGwyn is a UT athletic trainer who works primarily with the women's track and field/cross country program.
He is a member of numerous professional organizations, and he has been honored with the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics James Corbett Award and induction into the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame for lifetime achievement and contributions to intercollegiate athletics.
