These coveted Sportsmark awards have been made only to 457 schools throughout England that can show commitment to developing sport to a high level in partnership with their local community.
This award is voted on by Sports Information Directors and all first team players will appear on the national ballot for All-American selection.

The awards are to be used to support a balanced programme of training and competition, both domestic and international, and can also be used to pay for equipment, coaching, sports science and sports medicine costs.
The award is presented to selected graduating elementary and high school students throughout the Philippines in coordination with the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
League awards may be withheld from offending teams unless a satisfactory written explanation is received by the sport director within 5 days after the final League game.

The awards were voted on by the men’s basketball coaches and sports information directors at the nine NCAA Division I schools.
Provincial sport governing bodies nominate their top athletes for these awards.
