I have a kind of bump in the rear back of my neck.it feels like rubber, when I touch it a get a mild headache, it is kind like muscle related headache,when I atar exercising my neck it kinds of disapear.I have been suffering form headaches for a while but just eventually.they are all kind of neck related probably like 2 years. The bump feels like is located on a muscle, but I am not sure I am not a doctor.. any sugestions
