Any borders and backgrounds on my website can be downloaded and used in your email stationery if you also place a text line at the bottom of your stationery to show where the graphics are from.
If you would like to use any of these backgrounds and borders, please copy them to your hard disk by clicking with your right mouse button then choosing the "Save Picture As.
Either way you will have the HTML table codes for Border Backgrounds on your computer where you can both study it and copy it to use on your pages.
