If you see dark backgrounds making it hard to see the black text, it is probably because you are viewing the website from a Netscape browser, or other browser that reads HTML coding differently than does Internet Explorer.
The bitmap was generated by a mathematical algorithm to display an even graduation from dark to light blue - something that you may find useful for form backgrounds in your projects.
