i have begun to notice that i tend to subconsciously chew on the inside of my mouth. it's not an entirely nervous habit, sometimes i find myself doing it when watching a movie, reading,or just in general. also i will wake up in the middle of the night, to find that i have a mouthful of blood from my constant cheek chewing. do you have any ideas to the reasons behind my bad habit? or any solutions other than taking some kind of prescription? please help.
