I had a heart attack while on active duty in l973. In l974 I received a 60 percent disability rating and was medically retired. Several years later the VA reduced my rating from l00 % to 30%. Since that time my rating has remained at 30%. I am interested in a possible re-evaluation to determine if my rating should be increased. I am now on a heart pacemaker. Please advise.
