If you are running a WWW server, you should go into the cgi-bin directory and delete the entire thing and then fill it in with your CGI scripts.
If you already had a www directory but don't have a cgi-bin directory, go ahead and run the wwwnew command anyway - you will just get an error when it tries to create the www directory (which already exists)
Any cgi scripts you have should go into your cgi-bin directory, which is inside your www directory.
