This BNC terminated cable is commonly used for hooking up older workstation monitors with BNC connectors to newer workstations with a 13w3 connector.
The unit is easily installed between the video-in BNC connector on video components and the mating BNC connector on the coaxial cable coming from video sources.
To simplify installation, leave the coax cable disconnected from the rear panel BNC connector and plug the 50 ohm terminator into the connector instead.
