I have FMS but I am concerned that I may have colon or bowel cancer. I have the pain in the right side of my body and there are times that when I have to go to the bathroom, there is almost no warning and I can't make it from my bed to the toliet. Even when driving I can't even make it to a place to stop. Any help or comments would be appreciated.
