The application must be made by posting with the correct prepaid postage to the post office box specified by the Minister or by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister.

If the mailing address for the credit card you are using for this order is a Post Office box, your order will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Of course, carriers other than the US Postal Service are unable to deliver to a post office box, so for items being sent via carriers other than the US Postal Service the street must be included in the address.
Thus, any mail that is being sent via US Postal Service must include the post office box in the address.

If you specify a Post Office Box or an APO/FPO address the Pump in Style will then be shipped via United States Postal Service at a cost of $20.
Post office box and military APO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Tested units will be shipped UPS, so do not use a post office box address for return.
