When starting a new business, finding a name is importatnt, what if some other company already has the same name but is totaly a different line of services or job type example: Lets say the new name I want to use is "Nextell Construction" but there is already a name for "Nextell comunications" a wireless telephone company, is it legal to use the name for the construction company???
