Some of my cakes may not rise as high and be as light as conventional recipes because all the whole grains and nutrition are intact, causing the cakes to be denser.
All products are accompanied by some recipes that will make you able to produce the best lowcarb sweet cakes, breads, candy etc.
Recipes which call for a good bit of sugar (such as cakes) need fewer hot coals than do 9 or 10 underneath and 10 to 12 on top.

Recipe Thai Fish Cakes This one is my partners' specialty so I haven't actually ever made these, although I have eaten many and they are very yummy.
Most of the cakes you can see in the gallery were made from my favourite fruitcake recipe and are covered in fondant icing, some with Marzipan as well.
