Looking at buying Orlando (Disney) Investment/vacation property. I interested in purchasing a 3 bedroom condo near disney world. I would use it about 4 weeks out of the year and rent it the remainder of the time. Do you have any good reading material regarding the pros and cons of investing in real estate in the United States(Florida). Questions like; 1) Is your investment considered a write off for income tax purposes. If so what exactly can you write off. 2) Are you double taxed from both countries. 3) Are you considered a small business. 4) Are you subject to higher property taxes, state taxes, etc.... Thanking you in advance Corey 3)
