If Sprint Canada has been unsuccessful in its attempts to contact you in relation to a proposed suspension or termination, Sprint Canada will proceed with the suspension or termination.
Sprint Canada will determine, at its discretion, how your deposit or other security will be allocated to satisfy outstanding amounts owed by you to Sprint Canada.
A suspension or termination will not affect your obligation to pay any amounts owed to Sprint Canada either during or after the suspension or termination.

Sprint Canada will invoice you monthly for charges for the Services on the customary billing date, except that you will not be invoiced until the charges are $20.
Sprint Canada permits you to cancel your Services at any time by contacting Sprint Canada's Customer Service at the number shown on your invoice.
Should Sprint Canada at any time consider a credit deposit to be insufficient, a further credit deposit may be required.
