my cat recently(after being treated with hartz flea medicine) was sick, dehydrated, laying around, not eating, we took him to the vet who gave him iv's, morphine and antibiotics. he seemed better for about a week but now he cannot walk right, his back legs dont seem to work right he goes kind of in circles( has to walk sideways to get anywhere), falls over, has a so-so appetite, he doesnt seem to be in much or any pain , doesnt purr or meow anymore. Is this most likely a result of poisoning from the flea medicine and is there anything that can be done?

I let my 2 year old, indoor cat go outside for a while and let him play in the yard. I began to notice he was knawing on grass, and alot of grass! A few minutes later he began to have full body twitches and spasms every 10 seconds. It has been two hours and he continues to twitch. He also threw up clear saliva with strands of blood. I am really worried about him, what is this condtion and what can i do to help him?
