Melissa has grown up dancing The Nutcracker with Orlando City Ballet and has performed roles ranging from Pulcinellas and Harlequin Doll, to Snow Queen and Sugar Plum Fairy, last year dancing the original Vasily Vainonen choreography.
Orlando City Ballet began in 1989 as the Dance Center Ensemble , the performing company affiliated with the Royal Dance Center in Winter Springs.
