The key differences between accessibility codes and the ADA as a Civil Rights Law will be emphasized, as well as the differences between what is required for public entities vesus what is required for private entities.

Most word processors and text editors associate the keys on the keyboard with specific ASCII codes and hence can support data entry in any language that assigns the displayable ASCII codes to its alphabet.
