Section Constitutions and Bylaws must not conflict with the Society's Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws, and any modifications to such documents shall be filed promptly with the Society.
These Constitution and Bylaws may be amended by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a quorum of a regular meeting of the General Assembly, provided that notice and copy of such proposed amendment be filed with the Secretary at least fifteen days before the regular meeting and that the Secretary forward a copy of the proposed amendment to each voting member at least ten days before said meeting.
This constitutions may also be fully revised; however, members must also have been given notice of the proposed changes two (2) weeks prior to the meeting and the ratification vote must consist of unanimous consent of all members present.

Many modern constitutions are more explicit in the rights of particular sections of society, which in the Kenyan context should include pastoral communities, consumers, prisoners and people on remand, refugees, trade unionists.

Still the Constitutions does guarantee that we don't have to testify against ourselves, protections fro unreasonable searches and seizures, and having a lawyer around is one way to make sure those guarantees work.
Constitution's requirements of equal protection and freedom of religion apply to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment.
Simply put, the Constitution's prohibition of double jeopardy does not prevent both a state and the federal government from punishing a person for the same act.
