Our Employment Law team has a long and broad experience of acting for employers and employees in negotiating Employment Contracts advising on and formulating Employment Relations policies and handling employment related disputes.
The course was developed through contracts from the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services and will be used to supplement ongoing supported employment classroom training that is provided by the Department under contract with the University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education.

Offshore employment contracts - The recent phenomenon of shipping companies transferring their employees' employment contracts to offshore companies, primarily to avoid paying employers' National Insurance contributions.
