Cookie dough by the tub includes individual tubs consisting of 3 pounds each that are capable of generating approximately 48 1-oz cookies per tub.
The dough is very soft, but you can make blobs the size of walnuts and place them on a greased cookie sheet about an inch apart.
That was just as well because I had some of that ready made cookie dough in a tube that you can just cut and stick on the sheet.
