The fan is located in the top cylinder (the orange one) and blows air onto the CPU rather then suck away from it which is all well and good if you have a cool case, but in the event your case is rather hot blowing already hot air onto the CPU isn't going to provide much cooling.

I hope to be able to overclock a PIII 500 MHz CPU to 1 GHz, to achieve such speeds a custom supercooler needs to be built that will cool the system and keep it cooled for an extended period of time.
