2004-11-05 16:40:55 		I have a friend going through a divorce in Orange County who has been ordered to "arbitrate" by the judge (a friend of the woman he's divorcing. He has his documentation in order (supporting his claims to finances his wife denies) so does he have any recourse? Her attorney has been dragging this out for two years while he has no attorney.
