I have a friend going through a divorce in Orange County who has been ordered to "arbitrate" by the judge (a friend of the woman he's divorcing. He has his documentation in order (supporting his claims to finances his wife denies) so does he have any recourse? Her attorney has been dragging this out for two years while he has no attorney.
Thanks |

He's quit his job and racked up an additional 50-60 thousand in bad credit and loans. And went and married (illegally in las vegas) woman he ran off with, he is still married to me.help |

I have neighbors who are stalking me, threatening me (after trying to get a restraining order against me, they lost, he tried to drive me off road and threatened to kill me,when I got back to police I forgot to put car in park and it hit a police car), lied and had me arrested, destroying my personal property (flat tires, mail destroyed), won't abide by HOA, police are ignored, nothing helps.I have all documented acts for 1.5 yrs. as well as police reports. Can I sue for punitive damages? My health has been affected, my whole life for a year. |
