Farmers in the North Carolina counties of Haywood and Madison may qualify for emergency loan assistance based on the contiguous county provisions of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act.
Named as defendants are New York State, Oneida and Madison counties and selected large landowners including the New York State Thruway Authority , Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and Oneida Valley National Bank as well as a class of defendants who own property within most of the land claim boundary.
Madison County Transit District was created in 1980 by the Illinois State Legislature to oversee the development of public transit in the County.
