Shadows are dark parts in foreground objects - referred to as foreground shadows - or in the screen color area of the foreground image - referred to as background shadows.
Dark Shadows was resurrected in 1975 and aired in syndication on various local TV stations and PBS until 1990 when the Sci-Fi Channel purchased exclusive rights to air the show.
They were totally unaware that the dark crater shadows concealed a threat beyond their wildest imaginings.
