The elections shall be conducted via first class mail at least thirty (30) days before the annual business meeting and the results presented at the annual business meeting.
Results of Organization elections will be reported to the general membership at the June meeting and mailed to all member coaches within 30 days.
Chapters holding elections after January shall submit their new officer roster within five days following the elections to receive credit.

The elections were held peacefully Sunday despite concerns over human rights violations, intimidation and threats raised by observers prior to voting day.

Electors who are unable to vote at a polling booth on election day can cast a pre poll vote any time shortly after the close of nominations and up until the close of business on the Friday before polling day at any pre poll voting centre set up at Australian Electoral Commission offices within South Australia and some interstate locations, State Electoral Offices interstate or at any of the eleven overseas locations.
Voters who are unable to vote on election day because of physical disability, religious beliefs or travel may vote by absentee ballot.
The subordinate election board of a polling section should be notified before election day of what voters in the polling section have been given an attest by the municipal council.
