FIREARMS SALES RESTRICTIONS ALL firearms will only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer for sale or transfer.
Licensed dealers were required to keep records of sales and were forbidden to ship firearms in interstate commerce to persons under indictment for or convicted of a crime of violence, or who lacked any permit required by the laws of the state of destination.
The banned firearms are part of the lawfully acquired inventory of hundreds of registered firearms dealers in Canada.
