My doctor has told me to go on a low protien diet. I am already on a low sugar, low carb type diet because I am type 1 diabetic. Can you suggest anything inparticular to eat? I crave meat a lot, she said that I should not eat much meat. Please help.

I need to watch the food i fix now I have to fix a low protein foods and I have not got a clue of what that would be I also need to watch the salt and patassium intake to can you give me some direcetion on where to turn for some help and some foods that are what I am suppossed to fix

My niece is 16 years old and when she eats anything with protein in it, causes it to get in her urine, causes her to swell up. What foods can she eat, being a teenager, we are trying to find a daily menu for her. HELP My email is martinbl@resurgens.com
