I went to hit someone in the head and as upon impact i felt like my shoulder popped out of socket... but then i waited a little and it went back in its socket. but now it hurts a lot

Wow Anonymous that would of hurt. I remember a few years ago when i was younger i was really flexible and one days i tryed the box act. I couldnt seem to fit so i ased a friend to push me in, i ended up dislocating my left hip. Was very sore for weeks.

I once saw a girl stretching her hyperextension in her knee at gymnastics with her trainer. Her trainer used so much for that her knee cap dislocated and her knee went the wrong way!
