From: pat plyler 2005-05-16 12:59:51	there is a terrible problem with the dollar general store located at Airport rd. in Lancaster, sc. merchandise is in the aisles, sometimes it takes over twenty minutes to get checked out, due to the fact there is only one person at the check out. the manager does not help nor does he seems willing to help the clerks or the customers. I really like dollar general, but want something done to make it an easier place to shop. there is a constant turn over in employees, due I have been told, to low pay and short hours. the store is in a great area and needs to get cleaned up and be more 'user-friendly.'

They are loosing money because you can't get down the aisles to pick up or look for what you want to buy. I find the stores dirty & do not have enough help. If I owned a store, I would at least have the merchandise available on the shelves (not in the boxes) and make sure the store was clean. It is a disgrace.
