Sue, We replaced a handle on a door with Polarpane glass slider windows... there was a name on the inside of the handle, and we got the replacement handle via http://www.servuswin-door.com/toc.htm

I have been trying to find out who polarpane is as well. Mine say Polarpane MO on my sliding glass doors, and the number 84 (i'm assuming the year). I wonder if polarpane is just the window and it was inserted in many different sliding door manufacturers doors?
