This is where yellow dots are being printed over red dots and the pounding of the squeegee eventually causes the red dots to mix up through the yellow layer and through the mesh of the yellow screen turning the ink into an orange mess.
The dots are all the same size so for a darker tint there would be more dots, in traditional screening the location of the dot stays the same but the size of the dot gets bigger for a darker tint.

Red dots mean that the colour and place were correct,white dots mean that the colour was correct but the stone was in the wrong place and no dots mean that that colour is not in the code/sequence.
There are bound to be either light dots occassionally on the back, or dark dots occassionally on the front.
