This test will be waived if the applicant has a valid host-nation license or a valid drivers license issued by another command belonging to the U.
Residents are required to obtain a Louisiana Drivers License by passing both a written and eyesight test within 30 days of establishing residency in the state.
After completing your drivers license application, mail it to the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Concord, New Hampshire who will then schedule an eye test appointment.
